Role : Sales Executive -LCL/FCL

Designation : Executive/ Sr.Executive/ Assistant Manager

Location : Mumbai/ Ludhiana/ Ahmedabad

Job Description :

·         Identify and establish contacts with potential shippers and consignees

·         Proactively respond to sales inquiries from new and existing shippers and consignees

·         Achieving sales targets thereby contributing to the growth of the organization.

·         Negotiating and closing of sales.

·         Communicating with the customers, meeting their requirements, providing end to end services to enhance service delivery

·         Ensure effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team and Customer Support across the company

Desired Candidate Profile

• The desired candidate should have good knowledge of freight forwarding sales in LCL Exports/ LCL Imports, FCL Exports/ FCL Imports
• He should be able to independently generate the business for the company.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and customer service skills.
• Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure.
• Highly innovative and proactive.
• Capable of giving quick and accurate response to questions.
• Should be able to handle varied tasks.
• Flexible to work anytime.

Education:

Graduate/ Post Graduate in any field

Experience :

Minimum 2 years of experience in logistic industry.
