Mrs. Padma Lal ( Managing Director )
Mrs. Padma Lal – Managing Director. Mrs Lal is successfully handling position of M.D. at AMI since last fifteen years and is deeply involved in the overall growth of the Company. She has done her graduation in Statistics and Economics from Mumbai University with first class and has further completed her Masters in Arts and in Economics with Econometrics and mathematical economics and also Masters in Philosophy. She writes articles in local leading news-papers.
Mr. S.P. Eshwar ( CEO )
Eshwar is a Commerce Graduate from Calcutta University. His total work experience is over 28 years in the field of shipping, especially Ocean Freight. He is specialized in Sales and Marketing and is at the helm of affairs at AMI INDIA for the last seven years. During his tenure he has been the driving force behind increasing volumes and overall growth of the Company. He has been a fitness freak and has been participating in the International Marathon races. He also as hobby occasionally pens articles in shipping and in house publications and enjoys music, especially Indian Classical and shayaris or couplets.
Mr. Milind Joshi ( COO )
Milind has done his graduation in Science and post graduation in Journalism, Export Management and German Language. He has over twenty years experience in International Trade and has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of International and domestic Logistics. Apart from his professional background Milind also writes fiction in his mother-tongue Marathi and has already written and published three books. At AMI he looks after overall growth of sales with a focus on Imports, Air and other logistics services. He is also involved in strategic development of the company.
Mr. Mohan Gupta ( General Manager - Finance )
Mohan has done his graduation in Commerce. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and also Company Secretary. He has work experience in India as well as in Oman. His experience in the trade is over ten years. At AMI he is overall in-charge of Accounts and Finance functions. Project planning, MIS, Project Analysis and Budgeting are his key forte.
Mr. Padmanabha Kotian ( General Manager - HR / Administration / Documentation )
Padmanabha, a Commerce Graduate from the Mumbai University, worked his way up to be an active contributor and an integral part of the Senior Management Team of AMI India. He has over 33 years experience in shipping industry and has mastered all finer nuances of this trade. He has in-depth knowledge of Import and Export Documentation, Claims and legal matters and he is specialized in coordinating with Government and Semi-Government agencies like Central Excise, Customs, Port Authorities etc. At AMI, Padmanabha heads HR, Administration, Documentation and operations departments and leads by example.
